Vanilla Ice performed on the soundtrack album and made a special appearance in the film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze with his release of "Ninja Rap," a song that has become a cult favorite among some Vanilla Ice fans.  A special music video was also released of this song after the movie became a hit.
